Self-efficacy has become the focus of attention in field teaching. Teachers with higher teaching efficacy portray more enthusiasm for and have greater commitment to The purpose this study was investigate whether self-efficacy an influence on teachers’ organizational (OC). This hypothesized that would no significant relationship commitment. employed survey research design establish between OC. Simple random sampling draw a population 480 teachers secondary schools Nairobi, Machakos, Kajiado, Kiambu counties Kenya. method data collection through use questionnaires which were distributed randomly respondents. analyzed descriptive, correlation regression analysis. established had positive their OC indicates high committed institutions. recommends employer should provide new guided mastery experiences come up ways building order improve suggests further effect students’ achievements.
